1985, The year that birthed a legend.
“GOBBLE N GO”, The start of a family owned business (AB Moola and Khatija Moola). In the 80’s Gobble N Go was synonymous for their Huuuge burgers, and the creators of the ever-popular shawarmas. Situated in the hub of the Durban CBD, the infamous Pine Street, the aroma from Gobble N Go, used to attract people from miles away. This family run business was an icon in Durban and no holiday was complete without the holiday makers dropping by to “GOBBLE N GO”.
In 1990, the business was sold with its recipes. In 1991, the Moola family opened under,the now famous “JOLLY GRUBBER”.35 years later, We still bring you the taste that screams “GIMME MORE” to the greater Durban and surrounding areas, viz (Springfield Park, Pixley Kaseme Street, Incuge Street and Malvern).
